Nonsense... no one is forced to buy the new shares. Completely normal form of capital raising.

Nonsense is that you connect my statement with the buyers of the shares: of course, no one forces them to do so, and they will not be held accountable for it. But in the situation described above, the raising of capital serves to delay insolvency (which in itself is a criminal offense).
