Work contract signed - Rising raw material prices, impacts?

Hello everyone,

in advance: our contract for work has been signed and we are waiting for the installation date of our house. This is supposed to be in June, the base slab is already finished.

Question: has anyone already had the experience that despite the signed contract for work the massively rising prices and sometimes missing availability have had an impact on the installation date and/or even the price?

There are rumors that companies are approaching customers offensively and saying that the house cannot be built at the agreed price. Is there any truth to this?

I have found some threads on the topic of rising construction costs, but here I am specifically concerned with those whose conditions had to be changed after signing the [Werkvertrag], or where there were other impacts on the construction.

I am waiting for the windows I ordered back in December. The current status is delivery in May. This has a huge impact on the construction process of my major renovation.

this is about individual trades, and not about the construction of a prefabricated house with a contract for work. Apparently, prefabricated house manufacturers are rather willing to adhere to the contracts.
