Work contract signed - Rising raw material prices, impacts?

I am waiting for my windows, which I already ordered in December. The current status is delivery in May. This has a huge impact on the construction schedule of my major renovation.

The decisive factor is always the contract content. Common are clauses that provide for the passing on of material price increases, or that bind the price to a specific period. You have to read that carefully. In addition to the contract for work, the [AGB] generally also apply.
