Hello everyone,
I have already read a lot here and asked a few questions and received quick and good answers :).
Now I am reaching out to you again: Since we are doing quite a bit ourselves (electrician in the family, painting, styrofoam for underfloor heating, ...) some basic knowledge falls by the wayside.
Inside, the plaster is finished and the styrofoam for the underfloor heating will be installed soon. What I wonder is: What work absolutely must be done before the screed, and what would be "nice" if it were finished before the screed.
A "must-have" before the screed:
* House connections (through the penetration in the base slab)
* Fire protection door in the basement
* Markings for the feet of the staircase
A "it would be nice if" before the screed (the ones with "?": is it sensible to do it before the screed?)
* Front door (?)
* painting (?)
Is there anything else that should actually be done beforehand?
Best regards André
