The technical description contains a lot of unnecessary "waffling." It talks about a diffusion-open construction, but in the depicted wall element OSB3 AND bitumen boards are installed. That doesn’t leave much diffusion openness – or does it?
There are some similar products that can (or want to) build large houses with more or less sophisticated small modular systems. To my knowledge, these have no significant sales volumes. But that doesn’t mean the system is fundamentally bad. By the way, I even find it a good basis to optimize it (use even more "ecological" building materials, make it truly diffusion-open, etc.).
