Wood Windows vs. Wood-Aluminum Windows

My wife and I used sliding windows from KWK Fensterhandel. Everything was perfectly measured and adjusted. I think that wooden windows insulate and retain heat very well. On the other hand, wood-plastic windows are very expensive and not much better than simple wooden windows.
