Hello,
I received a PM from and had not seen this thread. If there are other participants for whom the topic is interesting, I do not want to keep my message to secret and therefore also post it here.

Hello,
I just realized with surprise that unfortunately I do not have a picture of the room. However, I am happy to attach the floor plan for you:

On the left side, as shown, I have a row of heavy-duty shelves for tools and supplies. A workbench will be placed in front of the window at the top. In the niche stands, as pictured, the air-water heat pump and the water storage tank. At the bottom of the plan on the wall facing the garage, I have cabinets for sports equipment and my wife has one for decorations and floral supplies. On the right side, we still currently have some remnants from the house construction and garden items. However, all of that is supposed to move to a garden shed in the summer.

With 27 m² the room is really large. A few square meters less would have also been fine. But I am absolutely satisfied with the solution. We do not need to go down to the basement for anything and have everything on one level.

Conclusion: I would do it the same way again.

Thanks in advance for the numerous responses. If anyone has more tips or floor plans, just bring them on.
