Window venetian blind box - Please ask for tips

It was agreed with the structural engineer that a 24x24 concrete column plus insulation will be placed in the corner. (In the picture, a longer masonry wall is still drawn – but this will be changed).

Why would you want to make a change if it creates an installation problem?

I have never been and do not want to become an expert on corner window blinds; the solution seems obvious to me: simply refrain from the change that creates the problem in the first place :)

Because I want to have as little wall as possible in the corner. The planner knew that too. He had drawn the corner as masonry because he didn’t know how it would work structurally. Only after the conversation with the structural engineer did we get the green light for the narrow concrete support.

Remove the tip towards the kitchen, and leave the one towards the living area. That should work and in my opinion also looks good (Wir haben das so an drei Aussenwandecken).
