window insulation

Hey Commu.,
Looking for a way to better insulate my windows.
I have blinds that don't seem to help at all. Heater on 4 and freezing cold in the apartment.
Do you know of any [Fensterwärmedämmendensichtschutz]? :D

Lining with Styrofoam (!!from the outside!!).... alternatively move / sue the landlord / turn the heating to 5...

I want to achieve that the heating also warms the entire room on 2. The heater glows, the room is cold. Old building apartment. Just read that [Rollos] at night are extremely useful, but they won’t help me during the day in the coming winter..

Unfortunately, I don't know such a thing either. Have you ever checked if the windows might not close tightly? Open the window, hold a sheet of paper against the frame, and close the window. If you can pull the sheet out without resistance, there is potential for improvement. The same applies to the front door and room doors. If there is a draft everywhere, a lot of heat is lost. Check the gap between the door leaf and the threshold; in old buildings, there can sometimes be a gap of 1-2 cm.

You have an old, poorly insulated house with old, poorly insulated windows. [Rollläden] are certainly better than replacing nothing but provide no insulation or airtightness. What you want is not achievable without structural measures.
