On the ground floor, the ceiling should be about 2.70m high. Standard windows usually start at about 90cm sill height and are approximately 125cm high.
With a 2.70m high ceiling, there would still be over half a meter of wall above the window. Should the windows just be planned higher or does that look silly from the outside?
In the above example, I would recommend changing to a height of 1.385 m, for the floor-to-ceiling window elements to 2.26 m. With these heights, there is enough space for the cassette roller shutters, and they are pleasing to the eye as they match the room height.
