Window door no longer opens - warranty?

I bought a newly built condominium and moved in in March 2020. From the beginning, the large, heavy floor-to-ceiling window door, which leads from the apartment to the garden, caused problems. The door also has a lock so that it can be used as an apartment door/personal entrance.

The door was always difficult to open (the handle offered a lot of resistance when opening and closing) or it completely jammed and could no longer be opened or closed. In February 2021, there were about 4-5 repair attempts. During this, a kind of child safety lock was also removed. (The door can now tilt when open and can fall out, at least that was explained to me.) After that, I was able to open the door normally again, although it was still stiff. I left it at that because I was annoyed by all the repairs.

For several days now, I have not been able to open the door at all; it is completely stuck and the door handle cannot be moved at all.

Can I possibly still claim the 5-year warranty on the new build here, since the last repair of the window door took place in February 2021?

Warranty 5 years. Repair does not result in a new 5-year period, unless it is contractually explicitly stipulated.

At least contributions can be found on the internet stating that if the construction company acknowledges the specific defect, the warranty begins anew after a repair.
