In changeover and push-button circuits, the lamp conductor lies parallel to the live conductor in the cable. This induces voltage in the lamp conductor (when switched off). This small voltage/power is enough to cause the LED to flicker or glow faintly. Branded light bulbs have a built-in component that prevents this.
But this also happens with a completely normal light here, that is, a lamp with a completely normal switch.
