Who has experience with ceiling heating?

Hello everyone,
does anyone have experience with a ceiling heating system? I find the videos online interesting, but actually a bit illogical.

Ceiling heating works quite well with radiant heat, e.g. infrared. Radiant heat sources warm the objects in the radiation area and only to a small extent directly the surrounding air - in the case of ceiling heating, these would be the furniture surfaces and the floor. The irradiated objects act as a storage and warm the surrounding air.

I have something like that in the office, it's the absolute worst. But since I like it warm, 25+ degrees is okay for me. Regulating the temperature doesn't work even remotely. Admittedly, the entire system in the house is poorly planned and incorrectly set, wrongly wired, and partly simply broken.
