Mhm too bad that neither of you wrote an opinion. We are also considering it, but right now we don’t have a good feeling. Maybe someone will take a look here. For example, how is one supposed to manage with 20€/sqm for tiles? How did you stay within the price range of [von Rosenhof Immobilien]?
