Who actually owns which fence?

Anyone building in the existing stock is always an "intruder".

Unfortunately, it was the same for us. The houses around us had already been there for over 40 years and our plot was always a garden plot. This has now changed for good two years and we are still satisfied with our neighbors. And we were also able to resolve the fence issue well.
