Volume is a problem. So far, I have only had either too loud or too little bubbling in various holiday accommodations. I find outdoor more pleasant.

Leaks cannot be prevented either. They will happen sooner or later. Water finds its way.

You know it, even a faucet drips eventually.

If done correctly, it is not problematic. Sensor underneath as well as an additional pump for suction. More important is that the ceiling load capacity is adequate and sufficient power, water, and wastewater capacity are available. Furthermore, dehumidification is usually necessary. With better whirlpools, the technology has to be housed separately (sand filter, dosing systems...). Circulation and dosing run continuously. Heating with infrequent use only a few hours before use. Overall quite a high effort.
