I must have overlooked green.... I would like a nice red brick house with a red roof, white sash windows, green shutters and a green front door... But I would have to live in it without my husband and it doesn't look like a semi-detached house either.

in memory - or is "Emoji13" supposed to mean irony?for us it will be dark green (fir) windows and doors, dark yellow (with black spots) clinker and dark green clay tiles

We are currently also searching for the right clinker for us. In the general contractor contract, prices are estimated at about 600 Euros per 1000 pieces. Which I find a bit tight. The house will be a two-story city villa with black roof tiles and white window frames. In the example picture, there is an East Frisian clinker that looks quite nice. However, we do not know the exact clinker in the picture. I estimate, due to the local proximity to the factory, that it is a model from Röben, e.g. "Wiesmoor." What would you recommend visually? Additionally, we have been told that light and colorful clinkers are significantly more expensive than red bricks. Can you confirm that?
