Which property would you choose?

I still can't see everything clearly despite zooming in. The development plan, building envelope, and ground conditions also play a role... I would focus on the lower ones (28,29,30). I don't care about the view to the east. I'll put a hedge there anyway...

Like Yvonne. Of the 3, the most level one, because it is the cheapest in the earthworks.

Sun is a valuable asset for me. But everyone has to decide that for themselves. It also depends on the other circumstances. For example, if I always finish work at 2 p.m., I would still have enough hours of sunlight available. If I only get home at 6 p.m. and the sun is gone, that would not be beneficial for my state of mind. :) But it also depends on how the plots can be developed. Perhaps there are structural possibilities to bring the sun back in... The information and conditions are simply still missing.
