Which property would you choose?

Hello everyone,
we are currently planning our house construction and are approaching the decision of which plot of land to buy.

My husband and I are undecided and tend to prefer the plots in the east, as they cannot be built on and have a beautiful view of nature. However, these slope downwards to the east, meaning the sun would be gone around 6 p.m. in summer. Would that be a dealbreaker for you? We would then orient the living room to the east, the kitchen and dining room toward the southwest. What is your opinion?

Thank you very much for your help!

The information is somewhat limited. If it only depends on the plan, then the 28. How steeply do they decrease? What is allowed to be built?

Honestly, based only on a plan, where I even internally scream for a magnifying glass when I zoom in, no one here can really give you good advice. Nobody here knows enough for that - unless someone knows the area and the building site.

I would never and never see "unobstructable" as eternal - I know too many houses that stand today where years before people swore on their lives that nothing would ever be built there (and the people who were happy about the unobstructable view of their plot now live in row 10 of a building site).
What kind of street is that to the east? Big? Busy?

What does possible ecological compensation mean? Could it become a recreational area or is it one?

What kind of house do you want and how much garden? On the tiny plan it looks like the plots to the west are a bit bigger - what would you prefer there?

etc. etc. etc.

Oh, I’ll just say: take plot 17, it’s the coolest!

Why, how, what for?
Well, that’s what I read from the plan up there :p

Does it lead to the unobstructed view of a country road and railway line?

No, that's a river/stream with a foot/bike path behind it. How steep is the slope? I would look for a flood map and check if the eastern properties are affected... no matter how small the stream is. In general, I think it would be good if the sun is gone after 6 p.m. in summer, then you can actually venture outside and sit down ;)

Exactly, that is a very small stream. Behind it is a nature reserve, therefore it cannot be built on. The plots are all big enough for us, as they are all over 550 m2. The terrain is not steeply sloping but still enough to make a basement worthwhile. The tip about the flood map is great, I'll do that right away! Thanks!
