Hello dear home builders,
the thread title already says it: The plasterer will soon start plastering the walls of our new building with gypsum plaster. He said I have to sand off the sintered layer, prime it, and then paint. Clear so far.
Which primer should I use for something like this?
Which paint is suitable for this? So far I have read online that dispersion silicate paints or lime paints should be used because they are vapor permeable and maintain the climate-regulating property of the plaster...
The plasterer told me today "lime paints don’t work" and "I can also use any normal interior paint like Al**na white...". So what is correct?
Regards,
kirsel
