Which motorized front door lock model is this?

Dear forum,

We built a single-family house in 2016 and at that time also decided on a front door with a motor lock and fingerprint (see photos).
Our window/door manufacturer closed his business shortly after the construction phase was completed.

The fingerprint function works perfectly, but we now want to reconfigure it, meaning to program new users.

Unfortunately, I never received any instructions after commissioning, and research on the internet also could not help me. The offer/invoice does not mention a manufacturer either.
I wanted to try my luck here. Does anyone recognize the brand based on the pictures? The manufacturer? Or can even provide an operating manual? By the way, the LEDs only light up when you press the upper one; otherwise, they remain dark.

Have you looked more closely at the page with the LEDs? For me, the company name is on the stainless steel strip. Otherwise, ask the local door manufacturer with your pictures.

Somebody will probably recognize it again if it's not written on it.

Do you at least know which manufacturer the door is from? Often, the craft businesses simply offer the stuff from the door manufacturer and get it ready-made from a single source. Then you could do some research there.

Unfortunately, there is no manufacturer on the stainless steel strip. Apparently, a paper label was once attached there (adhesive residues still visible), but it is no longer there.
By the way, the door is from Schüco, so it might be worth contacting the manufacturer. Good tip, thank you very much.
