Which lighting bulbs are the best? Are there any recommendations?

our house construction is now well advanced.

We are currently looking for suitable lamps and the corresponding light bulbs.

We have an open wooden ceiling on the ground floor and have planned recessed spotlights there. How many watts should the lamps have? What do you recommend? What should we pay attention to?

Absolutely no retrofit junk :) If spotlights... then 24 volts. That is currently the "state of the art" technically. Flicker-free & noiselessly dimmable down to the very low..

OFFTOPIC: Are you looking at a wall???

I tested several 230 V bulbs (GU10) for our new building. Only LEDON really convinced me. No flickering and the dimming goes quite low. However, the dimming is nowhere near as pleasant as with halogen. The color temperature does not change as "naturally" when dimming. The color rendering with LEDON is very good again, no difference to halogen.

I found Osram the worst, but they also only cost half as much.

So I need about 30 pieces. Some will be installed between the beams (as seen in the pictures) and on the 1st floor they will be installed directly into the ceiling.

I really have no idea about this and have now searched on Amazon for example for "Einbaustrahler LED". What do I need to pay attention to? That they have 24V? How many watts do they need to have? And warm white or cold white?

Regarding the OT question:
We weren't really aware of it at first, but after the 4.5m we still have to the property boundary, we will be looking at the neighbor's carport. However, we will put a hedge in front of it.
