There aren't just containers that look like construction site offices. Quite a few student dormitories are now based on containers. Look into it, it's not that far-fetched.

Then just name the framework conditions, desired size or number of WGs, type of construction, conditions of the development plan, if there is already a plot of land, etc. Then one can certainly help you better. But basically it is usually like this: It doesn't really matter in which way you put up the same building with the same framework conditions: It usually costs the same. Theoretically, you can only save through connections or own services.

Hello,

have you already looked into prefabricated houses? Because:
1. Prefabricated houses are mostly individually designed nowadays, so it depends on your requirements. I would look for a smaller provider, 1,600 EUR per square meter is possible with low demands.
2. Prefabricated houses are often more expensive than solid construction.

By the way, if you approach a salesperson with such a question, they will probably send you away...

Well, a general question like that just allows for assumptions.

You can ask questions like that, that's fine. But as you probably know, the question alone is already an art of interpretation.

What level of development, WGs like Groß, which level of equipment, etc., there's nothing general about that... It really depends on your specific expectations.

Quite casually, I would recommend that you look for the lowest level of development or figure it out for yourself and your own contribution, and then confront a selection of providers you trust with that. The more precise your ideas are, the better you can be helped.
