Which flooring in the basement

Hello,

Our new building starts in March, unfortunately I am still undecided about which flooring we should install in the basement. It is a hillside house in which two rooms in the basement are planned as offices with large windows facing north. The floor also has its own entrance. In the basement there are the two offices, a windowless storage room, a technical/heating room as well as a small storage area. I am currently leaning towards large tiles. What would you recommend?

Cheap tiles and good vinyl in the office.

We also have an almost identical situation... We have high-quality laminate flooring in the office! Rest: cheap tiles...
