Yes, Kfw55 for us.

Of course, no one knows the interest rate, but you can find it more or less likely.
But for me, it really depends crucially on how large your remaining debt is.
You should be able to manage the rate even with a significantly higher interest rate.
What about the middle solution of 15 years? That wouldn’t have been much more expensive for us and the middle variant

Actually, we wanted a long fixed interest period to have planning security and to minimize the risk of an increased interest rate. However, one bank could not offer this and made the 10-year fixed interest period with 0.6% attractive to us.

The 20 years are now offered to us at 0.95. 15 years have been requested.
