Which consultants and analyses are appropriate during the construction phase?

this may not quite fit here.. but we are supposed to appoint a "qualified person" for the felling of three cypresses during the summer felling ban, who confirms that there are no breeding or nesting sites in the trees.

The authorities sent me a list of possible persons for this. There are 10 on it – today I haven’t reached a single one of them..

Does anyone happen to know what costs one can expect for such an action/report?

The excavator came yesterday at 7 am :eek::eek: it's actually starting! The first piles of earth have already been moved.

And it became apparent that we can't wait until September with the trees after all, the space is too tight.
