Hi!
For the central controlled residential ventilation, I have found the following important points to consider so far:
- Extractor fan only with recirculation
- Doors with gap at the bottom
- Wood stove with room air-independent supply air
A few points that are still unclear to me:
- Clothes dryer in the utility room. There are some with recirculation and some with exhaust air to the outside.
Which one do I have to choose?
Do I also have to ventilate this room? (Supply or exhaust?)
- Bypass
what is the difference compared to a controlled residential ventilation without bypass?
- Shock ventilation function:
Shock ventilation can be done via switch or automatically.
What exactly happens there?
- and finally:
what are the additional costs for bypass and shock ventilation function in the purchase price?
Maybe someone can explain this to me.
best regards
