Which clauses should be included by the buyer in the purchase contract for land?

Many thanks for the feedback here. I will now simply take advantage of the notary's advice for the preparation of the purchase contract. Let's see what comes of it.
: The situation hasn't changed much. I have contacted a local architect and will get advice accordingly. Here too, better to spend a few hundred or a few thousand euros than to take a risk. If necessary, we might even go for a preliminary building inquiry in order to hopefully gain certainty.
