Which building plot would you prefer?

We have now reached the point where we may establish a prioritization for the building plots. Unfortunately, we do not really agree on this. Which building plot would you prefer?
In the first construction phase, only the plots below the red line are offered, so only these are an option.
The green line is the road.
North is at the top of the plan.
The area is relatively flat.
Eventually, an extension will take place upwards in a third construction phase.

Congratulations that you can set a priority, nowadays it is unfortunately rare to have a choice. Mh.. instinctively I would take one of the plots along the brown line (either the one with 506 or the one with 5011 m2) since there are the least neighbors, at least a bit of garden to the south, and you would have a great view (assuming that is a field in the lower right of the plan?) The trapezoidal plots in the south are large but oddly shaped, I imagine garden planning would be a bit more difficult there. I find the plots in the middle great in terms of size, you have a substantial garden. Here I would choose one on the edge, since we now have four neighbors around us and I already wish for two less. What do you tend towards and what about your husband?

There is too little information to be able to say anything about that.

What is the brown line? Noise barrier? What is the blue line? Drainage ditch? Is there always water there? Flowing body of water? Is the green road a country road? Heavy traffic? Are there price differences? Are the building regulations the same throughout the entire construction area? Is there adjacent farmland?

What are your ideas? Preferences?
