Now we hope that at the beginning of the year, when the municipality issues the tax assessments, we will finally be allowed to backpay the property tax for the past years so that it doesn’t continue to accumulate.... I find the processing time quite long, you only had about 2 weeks or so to submit the documents, and then it takes them almost a year for the standard value notice to arrive! Have you all received your notices by now and how long did it take for you?

We also recently received the notice after I requested a determination from the tax office. About two months after submitting the documents, the notice from the tax office arrived, then a month later the notice from the municipality regarding the additional payment.
