Hello! I recently tore out all the tiles in the bathroom because I no longer liked them. -I now have no tiles on the walls or on the floor.. can I leave the floor and walls untiled, or is that not possible in the bathroom? Is there any other covering I could use instead of tiles?

hello. so I have a vinyl floor in my bathroom. it is quite pleasant. you can also easily dry wipe it. in the shower cabin, there should be something as well, there are surely good options besides tiles. bare wall is probably not the best. best regards

Hello! Well, I can't really think of many more alternatives than those already mentioned... but I also find tiles the most practical and nicest, though that's a matter of taste... so if you prefer it without, then I would also say vinyl flooring and paint on the walls.

Hello dear ones! I’ll do the vinyl floor. And the small tiles in the shower are also a good idea, let’s see if I combine that or something... but I’m a bit worried about the wall paint, that the bathroom might be too humid for it. I’ll open a separate thread for that, maybe others know more about it. Thanks in the meantime for the lovely answers!

Hi, you really can't leave it without anything, just imagine if something falls down. You will never get the stains out again. You can also lay laminate in the bathroom, did you know that? It looks very elegant and is especially comfortable for the feet.

I once saw a great floor that looked like very small stones. The whole thing was poured and resulted in a smooth surface. I can't tell you more, but if you ask about it at the hardware store or from the floor layer, they will surely be able to tell you more.
