For many here, the design of the kitchen and furniture is important, lighting, color scheme, and interior design play a role, facades and gardens are designed. That is all culture, just like e.g. paintings and sculptures.

Do you give such importance to visual art in your home life?

Hmm... my Wendt & Kühn collection also falls under art... Erzgebirge folk art ;) The Lego Creator houses probably less so. Otherwise, we've mostly enlarged our own photos hanging on the wall rather than buying paintings. And "design" is not interesting here. Only "like" or "dislike". No matter what name is attached. But that didn't matter to me with clothing either, so it's not surprising.

We have some pictures in the house, real paintings, etchings, ink drawings. Also a statue of Demeter, my Aphrodite was destroyed by the storm. Some Minoan miniatures also decorate the room. Art is very important to me.

A great wild very colorful picture - and lots to discover. It will surely decorate the wall perfectly. Congratulations!

It is a kind of guestbook. My last big birthday, we prepared a canvas, paints, and brushes and asked all 45 guests to paint something, and this is how it turned out.
