Ultimately, such a divorce is usually also an economic tangle with additional obligations entered into, etc., where each side arrives at completely different figures, which are ultimately justified somewhere and each side is, of course, convinced that they have calculated correctly. At least that is my own experience. In the end, something often comes out that both sides can somehow live with/have to live with, but which does not necessarily always have anything to do with the calculations. Even a judge cannot straighten out what was not accomplished in over 5 years.
