Hello,
No, I don’t think you can buy cheaper than the specialist trade. The question is also what this should be good for? Surely you also want the shell builder to assume the warranty for his work? Or is your question aimed at the fact that you provide the materials which the shell builder, carpenter, and roofer then install? In that case, you are dealing with lemons, because then the craftsmen’s labor cost is set higher, provided no mixed calculation is possible.
If your question is about, for example, cables, sanitary objects, or tiles, then you really need connections to get brand products cheaper than the bulk buyer.
For the rest, Tox answered correctly.

Regarding material costs: My question was meant in such a way that a buyer of very large quantities definitely gets better prices, but for example, a provider of a shell house also wants to make a profit on the sale of materials. So the question is whether I get building materials cheaper as a direct buyer from a building materials dealer than through a company that buys cheaper but still adds a brokerage fee. Of course, I am not a bulk buyer, but there are one or two contacts/acquaintances/friendships with companies where hopefully one can buy at reasonable prices.
