What is the best builder's book / literature

Hello! We have been homeowners since yesterday and would like to get into the homeowner topic. If anyone knows a good homeowner book, I would appreciate tips. Relaxed week!

Hi! Thank you for your quick feedback. We have financing and land. We will also have a general contractor and the TÜV will "monitor." But I want to get into the topic myself. Also, I don't know how well the TÜV monitors. I heard that you should also monitor yourself and basically point out things to the TÜV if necessary. So ultimately I need a book that tells a woman what to pay attention to in the individual services/construction phases/connections/expansions etc. What makes sense, where shortcuts are taken, what is nonsense. A forum is of course cool, but if there is a bible, I would gladly read it. Thanks to you!

Then you don't need a book, but knowledge in construction (masonry, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Because that happens during the construction. There are no books for that, it is technology and craftsmanship.
