Hello forum,
Prefabricated house companies often offer their houses as so-called "architect houses."
The average interested builder certainly sees this as a plus when choosing the builder because they think their house will be planned and designed together with a trained architect. Often, the actual house planning is done by a salesperson/advisor who may know how to use a computer program but has never heard of the basic architectural principles.....
What is an "architect house" by definition?
Is there a legal definition?
Thanks for your contributions.
