Which proof of invoices do I need if I want to build a KfW house.

We want to build the shell construction etc. ourselves, so we will often only be able to provide invoices for the building materials.

You should discuss this with the bank, preferably with the KfW. The disbursing bank pays out the funds. As an example with us, developer with payment plan. Here, the bank only cared that it was not the first disbursement but at least the second (They had their finger on it, I think they already wanted to earn interest on their loan).

Are there the trades that are completely outsourced?

If you are planning a new building with KFW funding (program 153), you need an energy consultant who accompanies the planning and also confirms the execution. For example, invoices proving the purchase of insulation material do not contribute to the topic "KfW." These will only be wanted by your bank to prove the use of funds, as with any other (larger) own contribution. If you want to use program 124, you prove the use of funds like with any own contribution to the bank.
