What happens to the blind box cover?

if it is actually not plastered or painted, I will deduct the costs for it from the BU. As you can see, the profiles have 1000 scratches and discolorations that can no longer be removed.

It is a Venetian blind box, not a roller blind box.

Nevertheless, an inspection opening that must be opened if something is broken. Would still do it if it looks disturbing. Better to expose the inspection box once again and then have it replastered than to be annoyed by the appearance every day. Inspection probably only happens at a window every 10 years anyway. In the neighborhood, this was implemented with the already mentioned fabric tape.

There doesn’t need to be a revision opening there. That is simply the cover of the apron

It just looks really sketchy

don’t you see it? These are photos of the patio door and the corner window on the ground floor. Upstairs, I more or less don’t care. The BU just told me that it is usually painted, as DIY.
