What does a wall breakthrough approximately cost?

my wife and I have a notary appointment next week and would like to have a wall between the kitchen and living room removed before moving into the house. The wall is marked in red in the picture. The width of the wall is 3m, it is 24cm thick. Above it is a wooden beam ceiling, and directly above the wall on the upper floor there is no wall. The house is built solidly from sand-lime bricks.
