Even if nothing was agreed upon in the contract, you are entitled to a test report according to DIN-VDE 0100-600, as already wrote above. In my opinion, however, there are no legal regulations regarding the minimum scope of documentation. Try googling "documentation of electrical installations" or check elektropraktiker de, if I remember correctly, there was a page about it.
