What do you pay for a room heating load calculation (DIN12831)?

Our HVAC technician has now commissioned a new HLB including underfloor heating design, and the result is perfect, as the TGA planner sticks to what is especially often chanted up and down in the H-T-D forum (supply temperature 30 °C, equal-length heating circuits of 80m, ...)! Costs about 150 euros. The heated living area is 165 sqm.

Can you say where the HLB came from? Does the provider offer it nationwide in Germany?

For us, it was the company Schütz on behalf of Schwörerhaus. After moving in, I performed a thermal balancing, where, as always, the bathroom was determined to be the coldest room. Schwörerhaus and Schütz simply planned an additional heat radiator on the wall and a 7.5 cm installation spacing. I would not do it like that now; if I had dealt with it beforehand, I would have included the wall as a heating surface. What is positive to mention is that no heating circuit is longer than 60m; for example, we have 4 in the living/dining room. In the children's rooms, even 3. But that probably has other reasons.
