What did you pay for your house without the land?

At the end, after all samples and including 204 sqm of paving work: €3078/sqm net living area in the Frankfurt suburbs on a slight slope.

Bungalow in solid construction according to own design. Kitchen and co. not included. Most of it still at 16% VAT ... you have to be lucky sometimes ;)

The thread is completely pointless if you do not ask about relevant conditions such as EL, equipment, region, etc. At least some people here make the effort and write down the century in which it was built. Jonny hasn't even asked that.

Are you kidding us? 460 for 200 sqm including garage?

Why should I kid someone?
I am rather shocked at the prices some people are quoting here.

We obtained offers from several local construction companies, 2 would have even been cheaper.
However, we did not want to save in the wrong place, and so far we are absolutely satisfied.

We did not contribute any own work.

1590€/sqm plus floor coverings… something like that :cool:

1400€/sqm house, land, and everything outside on top.
