Hello dear community,
Two months ago we moved into the new house and are now thinking about the garden, or rather the outdoor areas.
First of all, on my property there might possibly be a field path along the edge of the property, but only if the planned bypass is built, to secure access to other properties (L+F), as other driveways will be lost. For this reason, my building permit states that the part on which the path is planned must not be built on. Since I can assume (I know the relevant people and also the planned cost estimate for the bypass), that it will not be built for the next 10 million years, I would like to create a driveway with greenery (arborvitae hedge) up to the neighboring property.
Now to the actual question, what counts as construction? Is a hedge possible? If necessary, it can be removed again. An electric roller gate is also planned there.
It would be nice if someone knows something about this.
Regards Stephan
