Well, the annual requirement with a solar system should be between 1400-1800 liters... the boiler can already be "turned down" with the power... the underground tank costs 8 euros/month including all maintenance + TÜV... right, you are initially tied to the provider – if the price gets too steep, you just have the thing picked up – it’s a bit of effort, but at the moment I think our provider is still quite cheap (58 cents + VAT). Basically, I still think this system is quite good, and I just hope that the consumption will decrease after the switch and additional insulation of the house... we also have a tile stove, which heats the place quite well – but it also needs to be fed.
