At the end of March, a few days ago, I had a water pipe burst, for which I was not at fault. On that day, a so-called leak detector came and checked before the cause was found. It knocked around in the shower, so the problem came from between the shower and the old boiler. Behind the shower is my living room wall; on the left, he found it was damp inside. Of course, the neighbor below has a damp ceiling.
My question is: can the wall collapse or what? Nothing was laughing, everything was turned off so that I can use the toilet and kitchen 1 zkd.

How is this legally? I have lived in the apartment for 13 years. The landlord said I should move out here and there?? That is out of the question. I said I need time until 20.04 because of the small pets4; supposedly it is no longer habitable. There is nothing in the kitchen - the lawyer has already been informed.
Can something happen in my living room until 20.04?
How long do such works last?

If the pipe break is not your fault, the landlord must repair the damage. Usually, they are insured for this. I would not generally fear structural problems based on intuition; only a specialist on site can provide definite information. What "raus da" means is unclear. If the landlord wants to evict you completely, they must comply with the usual termination conditions. If it is necessary for the repair that you are temporarily housed elsewhere, they must propose a solution. Damages to your belongings must be compensated. All of this is extremely stressful and unpleasant for you, but as long as you are not culpably negligent, you have nothing to fear.
