Wasps in the attic (new building) - indication of a construction defect?

well, I have the wasps trying every year anew in the garden shed. It’s always in April/May. If you disturb them right at the beginning – when the queen starts building the nest – she will look for somewhere else. However, I am at the shed every day and notice it quite quickly.
