Hello everyone,
our house was built in 2014 and, as is often the case, useless telephone cables were laid (we only found and bought the house after completion, so we had no influence during the construction). I would now like to replace the telephone cables with proper network cables, but I was a bit surprised at how the cables come out of the ceiling in the basement. I would be interested to know whether this already constitutes a defect or if it still has to be accepted. Apparently, the entire cable bundle (electric and telephone cables wildly intertwined) was plastered over quite a bit at the hole in the ceiling, so I would first have to chip it free and, to be honest, I have no idea what I will find behind it. Your opinion?
Thanks for any feedback and best regards Jens
