Warm bedroom in the house with ventilation including heat recovery

Can you explain the split in more detail or do you have sources on this? I have already searched online, but unfortunately the results were incomprehensible to me.

There is not much to explain... just buy a split air conditioning system or whatever kind and install it, or have a company come that knows about cooling and let them do the work.
