Hello everyone,
I might install an air conditioning unit in a timber frame house afterwards. For that, I have to run several cables through the facade.
How do I make it airtight and watertight?
([Die Kupferlegierungen sind schon isoliert auf der Rolle also Rel. Weich außen])
And above all, so that no condensation forms!!!
Inside is not a problem, as I connect directly to the vapor barrier; I’m only afraid that water might get in from outside somehow and soak the insulation.

I have considered pushing a water pipe through that slopes slightly outward and then sealing it with UV-resistant silicone. Then run the many pipes and cables through it and seal them completely with silicone so that no water can get in.
1. Should I additionally insulate the pipe from the outside? There are these heavy black rubber mats at the hardware store.
2. Before sealing the pipe with silicone, should I stuff it with insulation material on the inside?

I have googled a lot but found nothing.

Thank you very much for your tips!

I wouldn’t do that myself. You risk a significant thermal bridge that, if things go really wrong, will dampen the entire interior wall before you notice it. Then you’re quickly looking at €20,000 in damages. Pay a professional company the small amount and let them do it.

What I would do otherwise: Ask the construction company. We received instructions for many tasks on the house (how to install an awning, sun sail, carport, etc.). It’s possible the company is also willing to do the work. Then you definitely have people on site who know what they’re doing. They should be familiar with their product.

So the companies I asked all said the same thing,
We just foam it up!!!!!
Or
The plasterer always "somehow closes it up.
That's why I want to do it myself.

What came out of that? I am now facing the same problem. Or rather, I am just doing it myself. My prefabricated house builder said that the pipe I run through the wall should have an SBS storm-proof tape wrapped around it on the outside, and on the inside it should be connected with the vapor barrier foil.

But your experience and exactly how you did it would really interest me now. Thanks in advance.
