if you're going to paint twice anyway, then take the one from toom for 25€ for 10 liters. you can also buy the deep primer there, 10l for 9.99€.
buy a sanding giraffe, don't rent. it's cheaper in the end. sanding grids instead of discs. 2 are enough for the whole house. your wet-dry vacuum needs bags, otherwise it gets clogged immediately. buy a spatula that can be scraped off to zero. and a plaster cup. (Gummibecher, easy to clean)
you always have to do the spackling, even if it's just the dents where Olleg slammed the ladder.
mask, ear protection, and goggles when sanding.
buy good acrylic. for example the Würth on Ebay. and there are also battery-powered cartridge guns if you don't feel like doing 200 meters of joints by hand.
